With over a decade of experience in the drinking water industry, Total Water Investigations provides clear, concise reports on all your water related needs during your real estate transaction. Our team of licensed septic installers and qualified persons provide customized reports which include a homeowner information package including additional reference materials for proper homeowner care and use of all your water-related equipment.
We present all our findings in a complete, easy-to-read, and personalized report. The report includes the system condition assessment, recommendations for operations and maintenance, site photos, and a site diagram.
